Welding wire that is resistant to grinding and gauging abrasion, as well as heavy impact. It is an open arc self-shielded wire that contains chromium-titanium carbide flux, and it has a typical hardness of 56-58 HRc.
This welding wire is notable for its excellent combination of chromium-titanium alloy, which gives it its unique properties. It is highly resistant to grinding and gauging abrasion, making it ideal for use in applications such as crusher rollers, scrapper blades, and mixer tyres. Additionally, it can withstand heavy impact, which makes it suitable for use in earthmoving and crushing equipment.
The wire is easy to weld and has good weldability, which makes it a popular choice for welding applications where toughness and durability are essential
